The ‘Symmetry’ collection is beautifully contemporary yet echoes ideas of ancient architecture and classical mathematics, creating distinctive, delicate geometric artifacts. The symmetrical pieces are built by multi-layering simple primal forms of lines and circles, transforming them into complex three-dimensional structures.

The jewelry design of Shimell and Madden is rooted in a fascination with
geometry – not only the concepts that underlie this mathematical discipline, but also the aesthetic qualities that geometry affords, the sense of ‘balanced beauty’.

Creating structural pieces in richly textured 18K gold they have combined modern design with historical materials, collection features antique cut diamonds, fresh water pearls and colored gemstones. Each hand made piece from conception to completion is created in the their London studio.
